1. Definition Terms
Inside this document, "Services" refers to our digital educational platforms, coding sandboxes, interactive tools, and curriculum mentorship options. "Client", "Student", "User", or "You" refers to any organization, technical coordinator, or individual engaging with our services. "Academy" or "We" refers to AiTopAkad (Pty) Ltd.
2. Permitted Use Parameters
Users agree to navigate the portal solely for intended educational, research, and technical upskilling functions. Any use involving systematic data extraction, automated security scanning, or attempting to compromise sandboxes is strictly prohibited and can result in instant termination.
3. Program Delivery and Onboarding
Registration becomes legally active once payment or formal purchase orders have been processed. Programs depend on specific timeline parameters. Although we strive to ensure uncompromised platform availability, we do not promise absolute, uninterrupted 100% uptime of test pipelines.
4. Corporate Financial Models and Returns
Program prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable national taxes unless stated otherwise. Corporate schedules can be canceled or rescheduled according to explicit criteria in individual service contracts. Individual modules are non-refundable after access credentials has been provided.
5. Intellectual Property
All structured systems, educational templates, visual styles, graphics, source code, and video demonstrations remains the exclusive intellectual copyright of AiTopAkad. License access provided to users is restricted, personal, and non-transferable.
6. Responsibility Limits
Our educational services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific performance gains, financial returns, or immediate employment. AiTopAkad (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect damages, computational hardware failure, or business disruption arising from program updates.
7. Applicable Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Johannesburg.
8. Updates to These Terms
We review these terms to ensure alignment with active local regulations. The updated version will be posted here with its effective date.
